Meaningful connections can get lost in our fast moving world. Friends increase in numbers but are not all within easy reach. As we strive to keep up our minds, bodies and food all get faster. Press pause, take a step back, and connect.

Against a backdrop of current learning and awareness, our authentic experience and understanding balances the scales. We support you in your exploration, both safely and with compassion, while maintaining your momentum in taking the next steps.

Clarity

Supporting you in peeling away the layers of challenge, building awareness, knowledge and confidence in your innate strengths can bring about many "aha moments". As each layer unpeeled brings increasing clarity, and greater strength, your next small steps can begin to make great strides.

Make a difference, across the board.

We are all neurodiverse, some neurodivergent; some aware, others not, some diagnosed, others not. Diagnosis possible for some but not all, historically not possible for most of today's adults. Welcomed and accessible now for some, but not all, some more accepting, others more critical. As the landscape continues to move, so do the challenges and strengths experienced by so many, regardless of role, title, letters and labels all needs, should be supported across the board, improving connections with compassion and clarity will increase enjoyment, performance and outcomes for all.

Individual

Curiosity of situations that both drain and refuel your energy levels can bring about balance to each day. Coaching is available on a one to one basis. Sessions are provided online in a safe, secure, confidential space. The cost and number os sessions required in a block can be discussed. Access to Work funding is accepted. Group

Creating community cohesion. Coaching is available on small group basis. Sessions are provided online in a safe, secure, confidential space. The cost and number os sessions required in a block can be discussed. Access to Work is funding is accepted. Complete the enquiry form to arrange a discovery call.

Employer

Consideration of recruitment, retention and development across the board. Coaching is available to employers for thier staff on a one to one basis. Coaching is available to employers for small groups of staff, with collaboration and coproduction. Sessions are provided online in a safe, secure, confidential space.
